Return Policy

Only Defective / Damaged item can be returned within 7 days of delivery and should be intimated via email to autosquads.in@gmail.com

Return pickup will be initiated upon request for the eligible product.

Once the defective product is received, the new replacement will be initiated. Kindly note that there will be no refund against a defective return. Instead the item will be replaced with a new one.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the item has gone out of stock. For defective / damaged items, we take return of faulty/ damaged item and ship a replacement item. We expect you to clear all your doubts and queries with us and make an informed decision before purchasing any product. Refund is issued only when a replacement item is not in stock. A complete refund will be issued within 7-10 working days in such a case. If for some reason, the item is not compatible or return & refund is requested, then 2.5% of the item cost + reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel the product which you have ordered by sending an email at autosquads.in@gmail.com, mentioning your order number before the order is moved to processing state. A complete refund will be issued within 7-10 working days in such a case. Once the order is moved to processing state, cancellation will not be possible but changes in order quantity can be done by paying the difference amount. We expect you to clear all your doubts and queries with us and make an informed decision before purchasing any product.

Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel & refund any order before the order fulfillment, in certain circumstances where the product cannot be delivered to receiver's PIN code or product goes out of stock or else there is price difference as compared to product price mentioned in the website.
