Shipping

Shipping of products is usually done within 48-72 hrs. However some products have additional processing time which at times depends on product availability. Rest assured that 90% of orders placed are dispatched within 48 hrs. Shipping is usually done on a working day excluding National holidays. Shipping is free for most of the items and no additional charges are applied. However shipping charges apply for certain low value products. A tracking link is shared with customer after shipping via email. Customer may track individual items through the tracking link provided.

At present COD is not available option and all items are shipped based as Pre-paid. However, if you want a place a COD order, you will have to pay 10-15% of the product value as COD advance while placing the order. Kindly WhatsApp us to assist you with the COD order. Kindly note that COD advance isn't completely refundable if the product is not accepted by the buyer at the time of delivery or in case consignee is not available to accept the courier at the time of delivery. Delivery will be attempted thrice before RTO is initiated. Shipping charges, RTO Charges, Packaging & Processing charges will be deducted from COD advance in case of failed delivery. We deliver only within India. Estimated delivery time within India is 4-8 days from the date of shipping.

Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

What is a 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively.

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
